just to let everyone know, blog will be dead for approx 2 weeks because i'll be away in brisbane!
YAY!!!!!!!!! =]

oh and something random. spent practically the WHOLE of today making these at church:orange candle thingos! forgot the proper name for them T_T to be given away next week during the christmas lunch as THE gift from youth group to everyone else in the church. yay and got to take one home xD
it was so fun!! HAHA. although i fail at removing the insides of the orange - nearly cut myself ><"
mixing the plaster of paris to fill in the orange and pouring it in was very very very amusing xD hahaha. and yeah, it's really cool! =]

the orange represents the world, the ribbon represents the blood of Jesus that was shed to save us from our sin, the 4 toothpicks represent the 4 seasons of the year, and the dried fruit (ie sultanas) represent the fruits of the earth and all the gifts which God has blessed the world with.
finally, the candle on top represents jesus himself, the light of the world who shines over everything =]

so meaningful right!

HAHAHA okok, need to go pack now, BLEAHHH
