and i have one day
- Saturday, October 24, 2009 -
to finish: last set of maths exercises, bio (haven't touched anything yet), english research (haven't started. i really think i won't bother doing research for extension anymore T_T)
and to practice more piano! (yay?) XD and should really throw away more junk. except you know how there's stuff you don't want to throw away, but you know you should? and stuff that you don't know if you should throw away or keep, or perhaps to send it to some weird unknown address but that would be really weird. but then to throw it away would be breaking promises (although i don't think it really counts, cause promises can be forfeited by situations, yes no?) and a waste of effort really. plus, digital copies won't last as long as hard copies do. actually, hmm... you never know - if comp doesn't break down and it doesn't get lost.. hahahaha XD
really quite tired - been working, working, practicing, working, working whole of today.
perhaps i shouldn't be blogging but urgh braindead
i conclude that i don't like year 12 very much - actually it's more of i don't like maths very much; spending around 2 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY DOING MATHS omygosh what a waste of my life ><"
but then i wouldn't have enough units if i dropped maths altogether and just dropping 3u maths is so not satisfying. or maybe i should drop 3u maths - then i won't have to attend lessons for the whole of next week cause we're doing some 3u topic. wahahahaha =D
and doing 2u would be a breeze seeing as we've finished everything in the 2u textbook except sequences and series. area under curve and volume of rotation is such a stupid stupid tedious topic. i think i really do love parametrics more (and i used to say how much i hated parametrics T_T)
urgh but then IF (and this is a very significant if) my parents really really wanted me to do pharmacy, i'd die if i hadn't kept 3u maths. urgh T_T. and my UAI would plummet. but then again probably not by THAT much, because right now 3u english isn't counting so that doesn't affect anything, and bio and chem are definitely counting, and 3u maths probably is counting (oh woe T_T) but 2u maths isn't counting (which is quite funny seeing as i can only drop 3u and not 2u). music would count if i dropped 3u, but as music grades aren't THAT bad so no won't affect by THAT much. yeo was going on about how getting a 95-96 school mark for each subject would mean an easy 99.75 ranking... so i'm thinking a 92-93 average wouldn't be too bad... that is, if i drop 3u maths.
but yes, dropping ext english. it's just too much work, and it's not counting anyway, and i don't LOVE english (as in, school english. english is awesome. just not what the school and the board of studies defines as english T_T) and it is currently my worst subject. joy T_T.
will have a lonnnnnnng talk with connors once UAI estimates for this semester comes out and see how badly i would have to stuff 2u eng to drag my UAI down to 96 and then resolve NOT to let that happen, hahahaha XD
oh sorry i'm rambling so much. i just realised. probably doesn't make sense anyway. just this jumble of thoughts that are trying to get detangled in my head and which i'm thinking about wayyy too much
but yes, much love to everyone who is reading! especially to diana - grats on passing grade 8! you are awesome!!! HAVE MORE CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF, tsk XP and yes, do love you very very very much *hugs* seriously, if you ever consider dying, you'll have to consider taking me along, hahahaha.
