the past week has just
flew by and i'm wondering where it all went...
crazy for you was amazing! it was brilliant and awesome and pro to the degree that i'll even admit it was better than last year's musical. i can't wait for it to get uploaded on youtube so that i can watch it over and over and over again.
watching the year 11s on stage brought back a sweeping sense of nostalgia and i really, really miss last year. this year is lovely in its own way, but there's just so much going on that there's no time to stop and reflect and appreciate, it just goes on and on and on and on...

friday was beautiful. really =] it had been raining for the whole week, and finally the skies cleared (although it's raining again now. urgh. i know i said i liked rain, but one whole week of cold wetness and i'm over it T_T for now, anyway)

the sky looks like it's photoshopped with the brush tool XD it reminds me of an altogether different life, where i used to write, "and the blue skies were filled with scatterings of polka dot white clouds" *cough*

nothing screams out autumn more than a red maple tree with piles of dry crunchy leaves <3

another first last experience finished on friday. frankly, i'm surprised at just how much i've learnt through the whole process, and how much i've grown, just through writing a talk. discussing ideas with peers, moo and becky, thinking deeply through the passage, praying... and it unlocked so much knowledge, and in just that one short passage. only now am i beginning to comprehend just how much can be learnt, and why ppl can read the bible over and over and over and over again and gain new insights every single time.

with the end came a sense of relief that it was over, but regret is, as always, unavoidable. don't know whether there'll be a chance next term to speak, but the reality is sinking in that i've only got just a bit more than a term left a ruse. and it's a time of my life that i really don't want to end...
