definitely a really lovely end to the holidays (although technically there's still tomorrow. but meh. i actually will do work tomorrow. *cough*)

it was just a "girl's night" but oh it was so awesome =D i love the worsleys XD haven't laughed so much in a long, long time just listening to anecdotes about work (i actually want to work part time now T_T) and about (christian) private school teachers, and it's just kind of like. wow. this is what it's like to actually be australian, hahahahaha.

AND THEY HAVE A FIRE. a REAL FIRE. (which i forgot to take a photo of T_T)

but yes we had a tea party. apparently a "simple supper", but seriously? cupcakes, wafers, shortbread, lemon cake, marshmellows, strawberries, pear, kiwi, and banana... and delicious, smooth, hot, liquid chocolate. a lot, a lot, a lot of to-die-for chocolate. no wonder i'm high now. hahahahahahaha.

and real english tea. with beautiful china and this antique tea kettle (is it even called that?) that belonged to their great great grandmother or something and i was just in awe. in fact those were the only 2 photos i took the whole night cause i was just so entranced (i.e. dazed) and/or laughing hysterically.

yeah, i'm weird.

seriously, what have i been missing out on all these years?!!! *cough*
