today really raised the bar of what true "bludginess" is XD
before school: talking, dozing in the sun, doing the garfield puzzle at the library while lazing in a beanbag
period 1: music. need i say anymore? we did practically nothing, except talk and laugh at mr wong's expense *cough*
period 2: maths. sub teacher :( but we made use of the opportunity to collect money + discuss briggs' present.
recess: highlight must be braiding ange's hair. HAHAHAHA XD *cough*period 3: chem. did the prelim paper, which was quite freaky because i realised how much stuff i've forgotten from the prelim course. bleahperiod 4: a little bio, but mostly house captain voting, which was exceedingly fast and unanimous XD bella is awesome :) while voting, the nominees stood with their backs facing the general population, and when their name was called hands were raised in show of a vote. and so when bella's name was called, she dramatically shouted out, "thank you everyone! i know you are all voting for me! (and indeed we were XP) i love you all! *muacks*" hahahahahaha XD
lunch: jan's belated bday celebration :D
it was a really beautiful place, with really lovely company ^^ small and quaint and heartwarmingly italian XDeven the soft drinks came in adorable glass bottles, resulting in a debate of whether it would be horrid etiquette to steal them after we'd finished the meal XD in the end the waitress beat us to it and confiscated them before we could keep them :(i was involved in a very interesting conversation about the apparent engagement of ling and nat, despite the fact that they are both "attached". apparently, an affair adds excitement to their lives and they enjoy the thrill that they are cheating on each other's "spouses" o.Oduring the meal there was this spontaneous moment when suddenly everyone stopped what they were doing and just stared at jan. i think if i were her, i'd be a lot more traumatised than she conducted herself, but then of course, jan was always the more mature/stronger/sensible/resilient character XDdesserts were lovely ^^ (and unfortunately the entrees and mains weren't quite so photogenic XP) the tiramisu was amazing, complete with real coffee beans to garnish on top :Dand it really is a case of treasuring every single moment. this is the last wednesday where we have the afternoon off after school, where we can go out together for lunch and to fool around and bludge and not study. where life is so simply awesome ^^during lunch we found out that jan has NEVER taken sticky photos before. which is simply deplorable, since she is now an ADULT, and she went through all her teenage years without taking sticky photos?! so of course, the situation has to be remedied :Dwe cheated with the date ^^ cause a semi-palindromic date just makes it that much more perfect ^^ (and after all, it is a *sadly* belated bday celebration XD)

then it was a quick visit to the post office, buying ribbons, a thank you card, and party food for upcoming celebrations, and finally home ;D

it's funny, how many people you can squeeze into a photo booth if you mean to. and similarly, it's simply amazing how much you can squeeze into one day if you mean to... because life was meant to be fulfilling XD
